Pork & Apple Sauce Schnitzel

Classic pork schnitzel, topped with smooth apple sauce wrapped in golden crispy crumb. Grill some veges, set the table and you’ve got dinner sorted!

Ingredients: Pork (25%), Batter [Water, Wheat Flour, Thickener (1404), Maize Starch, Salt, Thickener (412), Dehydrated Onion, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Wheat), Spice, Herb], Apple Sauce (20%), Breadcrumbs [Wheat flour, Glucose, Salt, Yeast, Natural colour (100), Vegetable Oil, Salt, Yeast, Sugar, Bread Improver (Anti-caking Agent (170), Acidity Regulator (300))], Chicken, Textured Soy Protein, Vegetable Oil, Tomato Sauce [Thickener (1422), Acidity Regulators (260, 270), Preservatives (211, 202), Natural Flavours, Colours (110, 124, 122)], Seasoning [Soy, Emulsifier (451), Anti-caking Agent (551), Flavour Enhancer (635)].

Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Allow product to cool for 2 mins prior to consuming. Remove product from packaging and cook from frozen. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 75◦C before consumption.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200◦C, fan bake for approx. 18mins Pan Fry: High heat, approx. 9 mins per side. Air Fry (1800w): Air fry at 180°C for approx. 10 mins.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
