Succulent lamb combined with Italian herbs and coated in a golden seasoned crumb.
Ingredients: Lamb (37%), Batter [Thickeners (1420, 412), Wheat Flour, Salt, Mineral Salt (452), Dehydrated Onion, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soy), Herbs, Flavours, Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables, Yeast, Maltodextrin (Maize), Wheat Gluten, Herb Extract, Rice Bran Oil, Wheat, Rye, Oats, Acidity Regulator (263), Soy Flour, Emulsifiers (481, 472e), Barley, Vitamins (B3, B1, B2, Folic Acid)], Water, Vegetable Oil, Soy Protein, Seasoning, Salt, Emulsifiers (450, 451)
Allergens: Contains: Gluten (Wheat, Rye, Oats, Barley) and Soy. Manufactured on a line that also processes products containing Milk, Fish, Crustacea and Sulphites.
Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 75 degrees. Cook from frozen.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Fan bake for approx. 12-14 mins Pan Fry: Preheat pan with 1 Tbsp of Oil on medium heat. Cook for approx. 7 mins per side.
Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
