Battered Hot Dog
Hands up who loves hot dogs! Pop these Kiwi family faves in your oven or shallow fryer, smother in tomato sauce and roll out the good times!
Ingredients: Sausage (52%) [Chicken, Beef, Water, Wheat Flour, Soy Protein, Salt, Rice Flour, Acidity Regulators (451, 331), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Dehydrated Vegetables, Antioxidant (316), Flavour Enhancer (635), Flavour], Batter (46%) [Water, Wheat Flour, Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Soy Flour, Raising Agents (450, 500, 541), Salt, Thickeners (412, 415), Colouring Spice Extracts (Turmeric, Paprika)], Vegetable Oil.
Allergens: CONTAINS: GLUTEN, WHEAT, SOY. May Contains: Milk, Egg, Fish, Crustacean, Sulphites.
Cooking Instructions: All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Allow product to cool for 2 mins prior to consuming. Remove product from packaging and cook from frozen. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 75◦C before consumption
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200◦C. Fan bake for approx. 20 minutes, turning once during cooking. Shallow Fry: Shallow fry with oil on medium heat for approx. 20 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown.
Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
